So my travel agent called Worry Free and NWA and asked if NWA flights were booked via Worry Free - if first class upgrades could be done and she was assured by both places.
Once the ticket was sold - both places refused the upgrades - they will not speak to me - only the travel agent as they are attempting to shift the blame instead of accepting responsibility for their poorly trained and incompetent employees!
